US Stock / EU Stock Dolls:

  • 2~7 business days;

Custom Dolls / Out of Stock Dolls:

  • around 12 business days for mini dolls (under 130cm);
  • around 25~45 business days (depending on your location) for dolls higher than 130cm;

A tracking number will be provided once the item is ready to ship. You will be able to track your product at every step during the transit.

Special Arrangements for Discreet Shipping

By default, the doll will be shipped to the address you provided when placing the order. However, you could also require the special delivery instruction:

About Returns

All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory.

If the product has issues such as original flaws or logistic damage, we will replace it for you within 7 days after you receive the doll. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. If the damage is incurred by the customer, we cannot replace it with a new one. However, in accordance with the damage, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do a repair. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Exchange

The exchange will be made after receiving the returned package and confirming that the doll is intact and unused. After verified, we will arrange a second shipment for you timely.

Warranty

DollLoveOnline enjoys a two-month warranty and guarantees defects in the manufacturing process free of charge. Although we make a quality inspection and testing for each sex doll before delivery, please check the product when you receive it because our warranty only covers “unused products”. For instance, if you find the sex doll any damage or defects when you open up the carton, please contact us ([email protected]) with photos and videos within one day. We will get it to refund or arrange a second shipment for you as soon as possible after verifying your provided information.
